The most common culprit for this has proven to be a Mesh network. If it is constantly blue, that means it is receiving interference from a nearby device. The device is to have a blue signal only when it receives a signal from your remote. The following devices are known to be incompatible.It is teardrop-shaped and has two heads you may have to try a couple of times, but finding the IR eye of your device and placing one of the heads in front of it can greatly boost reliability. Try using the Emitter cable included with the package. Are both devices turning blue, but nothing is happening?.This number should be the same on both devices.
